By accessing the White Water Restaurant Management platform (“the Platform”) at tracetanner.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. The Platform is operated by WW Food & Beverage for internal restaurant operations.
Access & Authorization
Access is restricted to authorized employees of White Water Bar & Grill and WW Rooftop Social. Accounts require administrator approval. Unauthorized access attempts may result in account termination.
Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use the Platform only for authorized work purposes
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Not share proprietary business data (sales, labor, recipes) outside the organization
- Not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract data from the Platform
- Report any security concerns to management immediately
AI Assistant
The AI assistant provides operational suggestions and analysis. AI responses are generated by third-party models and should be verified before acting on them. The Platform is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Intellectual Property
All Platform content, design, code, and data are proprietary to WW Food & Beverage. Employees may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Disclaimer
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranty. While we strive for accuracy in scheduling, analytics, and AI features, users should verify critical information independently.
